Client understands that upon entering this service contract, Caterer is committing time and resources to this event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply.
- An event and/or order may be cancelled with no charges, except for the 25% non-refundable fee + non-transferable fee, up to seven (14) days (including weekends) prior to the event.
- A 25% Non-refundable fee + non-transferable fee is due to secure the date of your event. We may approve a 48 hour hold on your date to allow you to decide prior any commitment. After 48 hours, we will open the date for others to reserve.
- Invoice must be fully paid at the end of event. A 10% inconvenience fee will charged 3 days after your event.
- If, at any time after booking your event, we, CBG, cancels your event for any valid reasons, such as a force majeure event (fire, storms, floods, family crisis, unexpected injury or illness of a ‘close family member’), client will receive full refund including your 25% non-refundable fee.
